Chicago Towers - Internal Case Study
Chicago is a city known for its impressive architecture, especially when it comes to modern skyscrapers. At Viz Academy & Partners Studio, we had the opportunity to work on an internal team project that involved creating 3D visualizations of an iconic skyscraper located at the Chicago River.
Through this project, we were able to gain valuable insights into the benefits of using architectural and marketing skills to gain interesting results for real estate agencies and architecture and design companies.

Chicago is known for its iconic architecture, and the city continues to push the boundaries of modern design. One of the most exciting recent additions is the Vista Tower, which stands at 101 stories and is the third tallest building in Chicago.
Designed by Jeanne Gang, the tower features a unique undulating exterior that mimics the movement of the nearby Chicago River. The building also includes a mix of residential and hotel spaces, as well as a rooftop garden with stunning views of the city.
Other notable recent additions to Chicago's skyline include the One Bennett Park tower, which stands at 70 stories and features a curved glass exterior, and St. Regis Chicago, which boasts a striking cantilever design and an elegant, modern interior. These buildings demonstrate Chicago's commitment to pushing the boundaries of modern architecture and continuing to be a global leader in design.
